About Tony

I love thinking deeply, but I also like making things real. I’ve spent my career studying minds, building things, and trying to apply science. That’s what drew me to neuroscience, and more recently to AI.

Currently I’m an AI product leader working on a multi-million-dollar drug discovery product used by top global pharmaceutical companies. Previously, I founded and led a neurotechnology startup from concept through to clinical trials and pilots at leading institutions, raising millions in financing. That work began during my PhD in Neuroscience. Before that, I was a licensed healthcare professional specializing in neurorehabilitation. During my studies, I also ran award-winning youth-outreach dance companies.

I’ve worked in hospitals, academia, startups, and a large global company. That breadth helps me move between levels: I can zoom into the scientific and technical details, and zoom back out to ask why it matters, to whom, and what we should do about it. It also made me good at getting people with very different expertise working toward the same goal.

I'm most interested in product and R&D leadership in AI/ML, life sciences, and neurotechnology, especially where the science actually matters to what gets built.
