I dream big, but execute with rigour and respect for reality. I've dedicated my career to studying neuroscience and applying it in the real world. It's going to take a while, but I believe that neurotechnology will be the most important technology of this century — but for now, it's AI.
Currently, I am an AI product leader driving enhancements in a multi-million-dollar drug discovery product used by top global pharmaceutical companies. Previously, I founded and led a neurotechnology startup from concept through to clinical pilots at leading institutions, raising millions in financing. The startup was founded during my PhD in Neuroscience, and before that I was a licensed healthcare professional specializing in neurorehabilitation. During my studies, I ran award-winning youth-outreach dance companies.
I've worked in hospitals, academia, startups, and global enterprise. That breadth lets me bridge science, technology, and strategy — and get diverse teams aligned around hard problems.
